If you are interested in aged care, have good communication skills and seek to take on more responsibility and manage your own young and dynamic team, we may have a position for you. W&L is looking for therapist managers to actively get involved with our comprehensive training and induction programs and become team leaders.
This position will involve organising inservice training programs, chairing regular group meetings and co-ordinating professional development opportunities.
