She is a teacher by profession but decided to explore other avenues of life by taking up a course in Licensed Practical Nursing. She has gained years of experience working in a customer service industry. She supervises the WLOP team and ensures that everything is running smoothly in the office.

Mary Joy Malinao - SENIOR ACCOUNTANT![]() Mary Joy Malinao As a Certified Public Accountant, Mary Joy has years of experience as an accountant for international manufacturing firms. Mary Joy manages the accounts of Wellness & Lifestyles Australia’s back office in the Philippines, and mainly works with WLA head office’s Consultancy and Accounts team.

Shaira Kaye Berame - SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT![]() Shaira Kaye Berame Shaira is a registered nurse with experience in customer service and administration support. After completing her Hemodialysis Practice Course, she joined Wellness and Lifestyles in July 2011. Shaira is involved in article writing and in developing and maintaining the W&L database of aged care facilities and allied health professionals. She also provides training to other administrative assistants and takes an active part in supervising them.

By possessing adequate experience and skills in writing, Josef is responsible to write articles and is also involved developing and maintaining the W&L database of aged care facilities and allied health professionals.

Prior to joining Wellness and Lifestyles in February 2012, she has worked for an Outsourcing company for three years and has also practiced as a preschool teacher. Reyla monitors and maintains W&L database of allied health professionals accomplishes tasks assigned by the HR team of WLA.

Katrina Guerrero – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT![]() Katrina Guerrero A graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, Katrina has worked for the Coca-Cola Bottler’s Company as an Administrative Assistant. In March 2012, she joined Wellness and Lifestyles. Under the supervision and management of the HR Department of WLA, Katrina monitors and maintains the W&L database of allied health professionals and performs other administrative tasks.

She is a graduate of Business Administration Major in Management Marketing and has a five-year experience in Customer Service. Chirlen Micabalo – CLIENT RELATIONSHIP COORDINATOR![]() Chirlen Micabalo After working in the training department of one of the country’s biggest Outsourcing Companies, Chirlen joined Wellness and Lifestyles in March 2012. With a good background in web developing and office administration, Chirlen’s role involves liaising with existing W&L clients, assisting in managing relationships and communicating with prospective clients, as well as providing administration support to Natalie Walker, Client Relationship Manager and Michael Peachey, General Manager.

Matthew Callao - SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER![]() Matthew Callao Before joining Wellness & Lifestyles at the end of 2011, Matt has been doing a wide-range of works such web developing; graphic designing and IT support. He is primarily responsible for the maintenance of the W&L Education website. His roles include creating web contents such as e-learning modules for the W&L Education training library, accomplishing graphic design projects and provide IT technical support for the WL Philippines’ office.

John Paul Basco – WEB DEVELOPER![]() John Paul Basco John Paul joined Wellness and Lifestyles in March 2012. Before joining Wellness and Lifestyles, he has an extensive IT experience and has been working as a Computer Hardware Instructor and Website Administrator for six years. He assists Matthew in maintaining the W&L Education website. He also takes part in completing projects that are related to website management, web content creation, and graphic design.
