W&L is on the preferred provider panel of numerous organisations in South Australia.
We currently provide mobile allied health services to the Southern Adelaide Health Service, Community and Home Support SA – Disability Services (formally known as Disability SA), EACH and CAPS package providers, the Transitional Care Program and private clients.
For these clients we are already providing and coordinating short term support for people in their homes to avoid admission to public hospitals. We also assist clients to leave hospital in a safe and supportive environment by providing them with therapy services in aged care facilities.
