Wellness & Lifestyles is committed towards implementing a quality management system and is now a certified quality endorsed company with SAI Global (AS/NZS ISO9001:2008).

Quality-ISO-9001-PMS302W&L has an extremely effective quality management system in place. A W&L Director or Manager visits every site every three months to liaise with the Site Manager, Director of Nursing or Therapy Co-ordinator within each facility or organisation.

Book a quality management visit

These visits involve our management team performing documentation audits and completing a number of quality management visit forms. The facility or Site Manager also completes a therapist review form for each therapist servicing that facility. The documentation audit process has been developed to give a percentage compliance score so that when compared with previous forms, feedback can be given to the therapist providing the service and the quality of the services improved (ideally increasing the percentage score when the next QA visit is done in three months time). We have found this system very effective as it provides us with feedback from the Site Manager or Director of Nursing, the therapists themselves, the care staff within the facility, the W&L Managers and also gives us an idea as to how well and effective the therapists are documenting their assessments.

W&L recognises the need for continual improvement in management systems, practices and provision of services.

Continuous improvement within W&L has involved the establishment and support of a team of Managers that aims for better practice in care and services for clients. The pursuit of continuous improvement means that there is no ceiling to the level of quality.
